Animals on Brecon

In these shots, the Brecon Beacons in South Wales seem like a welcoming place, though you need to be able to navigate well and expect abrupt changes of weather and visibility. 

We liked it here, and the sheep seem to like it ..... 

almost as much as they like the camera. 

But the location is tainted for me by the knowledge that soldiers have needlessly died here on 'exercises' as lions led by donkeys.
